Returning Student Registration

Note: This is for RETURNING Student Registrations ONLY
(If your child has already been enrolled in the Plymouth Public Schools)

Please complete this form on a desktop or laptop computer if possible.  If you need assistance please e-mail your school's secretary at the address listed at the bottom of this page.

Registration Steps:
1. Online Registration Form: Follow the link above to the online registration form.
2. Document Collection: Schedule an appointment using the online scheduler by following the link below. Appointments are contact free, using the office drawer for all document exchanges. 
Please remember that the following items are needed to officially enroll your child in a Plymouth Public School. These items need to be on file with the school prior to your child being admitted to school.

What You'll Need

  • Proof of Residency (Click HERE for acceptable documents)
  • Student & Guardian Information (Filled out in the online form)
  • Release of Student Information form (Filled out in the online form)
  • Student Support Services form (Filled out in the online form)
  • SchoolMessenger - Communication System form (Filled out in the online form)
  • Free and Reduced Lunch Application (Available in July)
  • Network / Internet Use Agreement (Filled out in the online form)
  • Chromebook Student User Agreement and Parent Permissions for (Filled out in the online form)
  • Create a PowerSchool Registration account by clicking "Create Account" when you click the link below


**A student will not be allowed to attend school until these are completed and on file with the school nurse. If you are NOT coming from another Connecticut school, you will need to have a State of Connecticut physical done within 30 days from the first day of enrollment.


Please Note:

Once you complete the registration process review any errors highlighted in RED (You can click the word REQUIRED to be brought back to that empty field)

Make sure to click SUBMIT to submit your new student's registration

(By only clicking "Save" or "Next" at the end of registration the form will not be sent. Be sure to hit Submit)
